We had a decent stay with plenty of activities to keep us entertained. The pool complex and recreational areas were fantastic for both adults and kids, although the check-in process was a bit slow. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the cleanliness of the carpet could be improved. Overall, we enjoyed our time, but the breakfast could use some enhancement.

I had a fantastic stay at the resort with great hot spring facilities and outstanding service that made me feel truly special. The rooms were modern and spacious, equipped with great amenities. The dining experience was delightful, with a wide variety of delicious food options. It's a wonderful place for families, thanks to the kid-friendly activities and facilities. However, I noticed the price might be on the higher side for some services, but overall, it is well worth it for the experience.
