My stay at the resort was a mix of highs and lows. The location within Stone Mountain Park offered beautiful scenery, and the indoor and outdoor pools were enjoyable. However, the service left much to be desired, particularly with the inconsistent housekeeping and dining options. If you're looking for a place to unwind, be prepared to deal with some hiccups in service and amenities.

Rooms

The suite we staying in was clean and in excellent condition, though a bit plain in decor. More artwork would certainly enhance the atmosphere.
Service

While the staff was friendly, the service felt short-staffed, especially when it came to housekeeping and responding to requests.
Location
7.0
Situated within Stone Mountain Park, the location is beautiful but does require a $15 fee just to access the area, which feels a bit steep.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were limited, and I found the breakfast buffet pricey for what was offered. The quality was less impressive than what I expected.
Facilities
6.0
The indoor and outdoor pools were pleasant, but the upkeep could use attention, as the outdoor pool appeared cloudy.

My stay at the Atlanta Evergreen was quite disappointing overall. Despite its beautiful setting, the lack of communication and organization, especially during a crucial time like my wedding, left much to be desired. The room I received was not as requested, and several guests encountered issues with their accommodations. On the bright side, the venue has potential with stunning views and a lively atmosphere, but major improvements are needed in management responsiveness and service.

While the amenities seemed nice, operational issues took away from the experience. The facilities need better management to really shine.

While the hotel's location near Stone Mountain Park offers great access to nature, my experience was marred by unexpected fees and poor room conditions. Although the dining options had a few high points, overall, the facilities were lacking in maintenance and cleanliness. The management's inaction regarding issues reported during my stay was disappointing.

Staying at this resort within Stone Mountain Park was a mixed experience. The breathtaking views of the lake from my room were definitely a highlight, along with the peaceful atmosphere that allowed for relaxation. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues with the room's cleanliness and needed to change rooms multiple times, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of my stay. While there were limited dining options during my visit, the food quality was decent, but it didn’t fully meet my expectations.

Rooms
5.0
I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms as I found used soap in the shower and a potato chip bag under the bed. Additionally, I had to change rooms twice during my stay.
Service

The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, but I felt they lacked effective communication when it came to addressing the problems I faced during my stay. It was frustrating not getting timely responses when I called for assistance.
Location

The hotel is located within the scenic Stone Mountain Park, offering beautiful views and a peaceful environment. However, the service could use significant improvement, as I encountered issues with housekeeping and general staff responsiveness. While the room itself had a nice aesthetic, it had some maintenance concerns, and the dining options did not meet my expectations for a resort experience.

Rooms
5.0
The room had an updated modern decor but suffered from maintenance issues, including mold and a leak in the bathroom sink. The lingering smell of mildew was quite unpleasant.
Service
5.0
The service was lacking as I faced unresponsive staff when requesting housekeeping and clean towels. It felt like there was a disconnect in customer care.
Location
9.0
Situated within the stunning Stone Mountain Park, the location is serene and offers direct access to various outdoor activities and beautiful views, making it a great spot for nature lovers.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a letdown, particularly for dinner which was not very enjoyable and presented in plastic cups. Breakfast was slightly better but still not impressive.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities like the indoor and outdoor pools were enjoyable, although cleanliness did not seem to be a priority throughout my stay.
Beautiful park views
Poor housekeeping
